Vaccine Eligibility Update
The CDC and PA DOH have approved COVID-19 vaccination for children 6 months old or older. Evangelical will only be administering the vaccine to children 12 and under. To schedule a vaccination appointment, use call the hotline at 94868 74483, 94874 48383, option 1 between 9 am and 3 pm Monday through Sunday.
COVID-19 Vaccine Information
Boosters
Individuals who are between the ages of 18 and 49 and received COVID-19 vaccine for their first shot and booster at least four months ago.
Adults ages 50 years and older, who received as their initial vaccine and booster at least four months ago.
Individuals who are 12 or older, moderately or severely immunocompromised, and received their initial vaccine and booster at least four months ago.
